  1. Any tactical backpack list that does not include Maxpedition is incomplete. Maxpedition actually should be at the top of the list. 5.11 Rush is great too. Red Rock bags are nice too but do not last very long, and the quality of the bags is inconsistent. Having owned numerous such backpacks I speak from experience.
